Radley's Restaurant
Under the direction of Radley's new Food and Beverage Director,
Ennio Cantini, Radley's is now proud to present its new-style
a la carte menu. With mouth-watering starters, tempting main
courses and delicious desserts on offer, there is something
for everyone. And every Sunday the
popular Radley's Carvery is served between 12 and 5pm.

History of the Building
The Royal Mail House, in which the Restaurant is situated,
was originally a hotel built by George Radley in the 1840’s.
The hotel provided accommodation for travellers leaving Southampton
setting off, in many cases, on voyages into the relative unknown.
The hotel closed in 1907, and therefore did not accommodate
the fated passengers on the Titanic. On closing, the building
was taken over as offices for the Royal Mail Shipping Company,
and although the Shipping Company has long since departed,
the building retains this name.
The building is Grade II listed, and we have taken care over
the refurbishment, ensuring many of the original features
have been carefully restored, and that our decoration is as
sympathetic to the period, when Mr Radley built his fine hotel,
as possible. We feel it is appropriate to name our Restaurant
after such a well known and well respected local gentleman.
Under the professional direction of Ennio Cantini, who brings
to Radley’s a wealth of experience and innovative ideas,
Radley’s menus are both imaginative and exciting, and
along with Ennio’s talented team, produce dishes of
the highest quality using freshly prepared ingredients, all
bursting with creativity.

Weddings at Radley's
Radley’s provides the perfect venue for Wedding
Receptions and celebrations. The restaurant can accommodate
80 people for sit-down meal, or up to 150 for a buffet. We can
also recommend entertainment such as singers, bands and DJs,
